Annie Faichney is a Scottish artist based in Glasgow. Her work expands across multiple media, including film, sound, installation, painting and writing.Annie's practice is shaped by a deep curiosity in embodiment, sensory experience, organic matter, and what it is to experience the ineffable. She works through a process of layering media, resulting in dreamlike visual or auditory meditations that interweave bodies, plants and landscapes.Central to Annie's process is collaboration, recent collaborations include installation Endless Forms, 2026, with Safia Hamidat, film Trataka, 2026, with musician Lewis Henry Cook, and installation Water , 2025, with Gill Higgans aka Curlew.Annie studied Painting and Printmaking at Glasgow School of Art, and Art History at St Andrews University. She is the co-founder of FORM! a collective of yoga practitioners, facilitators, musicians, artists and organisers, offering yoga and meditation classes & trainings, and somatic and sound based happenings and events.
